Where we work
Rooted in Bougouni, open to the whole country
Our head office is in Bougouni. Our statutes and framework agreement allow us to operate anywhere in Mali.
Where we work today
Seven local authorities in the Bougouni region
These are the local authorities with which GAMS-MALI began concrete work in 2025. In each of them an administrative map was handed to the communal authorities, and the authority is involved in the joint integrated project.

Other activity sites in 2025
Zambougou and Tiongui
- Zambougou (Faragouaran commune) : participatory diagnosis with the Benkadi women market-gardeners’ cooperative.
- Tiongui : handover of 17 giant maps and 2 framed maps of the commune, alongside a delivery of teaching materials organised by the collective of teachers from the commune.

Under our statutes and framework agreement, GAMS-MALI can operate throughout the national territory. It has identified the following regions and district:

- Bamako District
This list describes the association’s capacity to operate. It does not mean that projects are under way there.
